I was born on the 8 th of October 1973, at about 7:15am, in a small town called Brits (27E35, 25S42), near Pretoria, South Africa. I have Moon Trine Uranus in my birth chart. This means that I have some gypsy blood in my veins; I move around a lot and don't seem to be capable of staying in one place for any great length of time. I'm most at home in this part of the galaxy and and for now I'm mostly in Cape Town.

My journey with astrology began in 1988, when a new acquaintance asked me what my sign was. In typical Mercury Opposition Mars fashion I responded with, “surely you don't believe in that stuff?! How can there be only twelve types of people?”. My new friend explained that a complete astrological birth chart is a map of the positions of all the planets in the solar system. I knew enough about the solar system to realize that this would make each birth chart as unique and personal as a fingerprint. I was intrigued. I read all the books my friend possessed, and spent hours every day reading about the signs of the zodiac and looking more closely at myself and everyone I knew.

More than 20 years later I have conducted thousands of consultations, and I'm learning new things about life, astrology, and everything, every day...
